Account Deletion Procedure
At TOONI.AI, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account. If you’d like to delete your account, please follow one of the options below.
Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the TOONI.AI app on your device.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice by following the on-screen instructions.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion by Email
- Send an email to support@liinkedupent.xevernsolution.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your TOONI.AI account.
Our support team will process your request within 3–5 business days and confirm once your account has been deleted.
Important Notes
- Deleting your account is permanent. All credits, subscriptions, and generated content will be removed.
- If you have an active subscription through the App Store or Google Play, please cancel it directly in your store account to avoid future charges.
- You may download your generated coloring pages before deletion, as they will no longer be accessible afterward.
